As Head of Legal and Chief Compliance Officer, Adam leads Energize’s legal and compliance affairs and serves as a resource and advisor for firm strategy and development.
Prior to Energize, Adam served as Senior Counsel at Golub Capital for more than seven years, where he was responsible for running the legal affairs of various business units and was instrumental in building the legal and compliance department. He previously was an associate at the global law firm DLA Piper, where he worked in the corporate and finance groups.
Adam is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Florida. He graduated with his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and he earned his B.A. from Duke University.
