In her role as Community and Events Manager, Chloe manages the end-to-end processes for all Energize events and leads the strategy and execution of the firm’s growing portfolio of programs. Additionally, she collaborates with Energize’s EDGE team to weave community into the firm’s five core platform pillars: Go to Market, Finance & Operations, Communications, Talent and ESG/Impact. She is passionate about developing impactful opportunities for communities to connect and foster meaningful change.
Previously, Chloe was a Senior Content Manager at the Executives’ Club of Chicago. She led the development, launch, and execution of the organization’s half-day conference series.
Chloe began her career at Madonna Mission, a grassroots nonprofit that provides education and resettlement support services to refugee women and children. While there, she supported the organization’s operations, development, and communications efforts.
Chloe holds a Master of Nonprofit Management from DePaul University’s School of Public Service and a B.A. in Film and Digital Media from Loyola University Chicago.
