As a senior associate, Honour supports the investment team in due diligence activities, including competitive landscape research, market sizing and financial evaluation. She plays an instrumental role in deal flow, from helping source and analyze pipeline companies to closing investments and refining our investment theses.
Prior to joining Energize, Honour worked with Union Square Ventures’ Climate Fund through Columbia Business School’s Venture Fellows program, where she helped build an investment thesis around nature-based carbon sequestration methods.
Previously, Honour was an operator at Carta, a late-stage startup working to increase transparency and equality in equity ownership, where she helped build out the financial products division and supported hundreds of entrepreneurs with gaining access to essential government loans throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Honour has also held roles as the Director of Strategy at CoVenture, a product specialist at BlueMountain Capital and an investment banker at Morgan Stanley.
Honour holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.A.in International Business (Honors) from the University of Edinburgh. She serves as a board observer for Banyan Infrastructure, DroneDeploy and Patch.
